7. Subscription & Monthly Services

For ongoing or subscription-based services:

  • Payments are billed monthly in advance
  • Services will commence or continue only after payment is received
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

8. Taxes & Fees

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Any transaction fees, international transfer charges, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client

9. Refunds

  • Payments are subject to our Refund Policy
  • Deposits and completed work are generally non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Clients must contact us first to resolve any payment issues
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
    • Immediate suspension of services
    • Legal action to recover outstanding amounts
    • Additional administrative or legal costs

11. Ownership & Delivery

  • Final deliverables will only be released after full payment is received
  • Until full payment is made, all work remains the property of Code Stew
